Our refund and returns policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, digital services must not have been substantially delivered or completed. Projects that have progressed beyond the initial design phase may not qualify for a full refund.
Certain services and products are exempt from refunds:
Custom web design work that has been delivered and approved
Domain name registrations and renewals
Third-party software licenses and subscriptions
Hosting services after the first 30 days
Completed SEO or digital marketing campaigns
Custom development work that has been deployed
To complete your refund request, we require a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Projects where initial design concepts have been delivered but final implementation has not begun
Services cancelled mid-project where partial work has been completed
Requests made after the 30-day window but before 60 days from purchase
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at revitacreations@outlook.com.
Only regular priced services may be refunded. Services purchased during promotional periods or at discounted rates cannot be refunded.
We offer revisions for services that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications. If you need revisions or corrections to completed work, send us an email at revitacreations@outlook.com with details of the issues.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in termination of services and removal of all delivered work. We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any billing concerns.
