All website designs, branding assets, graphics, layouts, and digital materials created by ReVita Creations are and remain the intellectual property of ReVita Creations, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This license grants you a non‑exclusive right to use the delivered website and design assets for one personal or commercial project. You are not permitted to share, transfer, resell, or redistribute our designs, templates, or any part of our deliverables to third parties, either commercially or non‑commercially. Attribution to ReVita Creations is optional, but always appreciated.
All service prices and package rates offered by ReVita Creations are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Project pricing covers only the services specified in your proposal or agreement. Additional costs such as domain registration, website hosting, premium plugins or themes, email service providers, stock photos, fonts, or third‑party tools and subscriptions are not included unless explicitly stated and may be billed separately.
ReVita Creations offers pre‑paid support and maintenance hours in convenient packages to cover updates, minor design changes, troubleshooting, and consulting. Each package is divided into 15‑minute increments and includes a specific usage period.
5‑hour package: 20 rounds of 15 minutes, valid for 3 months from purchase
10‑hour package: 40 rounds of 15 minutes, valid for 4 months from purchase
20‑hour package: 80 rounds of 15 minutes, valid for 5 months from purchase
Work is tracked in 15‑minute blocks, rounded up to the next block as needed. Unused hours expire at the end of the validity period and are non‑refundable.
If you choose to host your website through ReVita Creations, we will provide hosting services through our selected third‑party providers. While we manage the hosting environment to the best of our ability, uptime and server performance are ultimately subject to the provider’s infrastructure and terms. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or interruptions caused by third‑party providers, force majeure events, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
Website maintenance plans may include tasks such as core, theme, and plugin updates, uptime monitoring, routine backups, minor content updates, and basic security hardening, as described in your chosen plan. Maintenance services are preventive in nature and cannot guarantee that security incidents, compatibility issues, or bugs will never occur. Any recovery work beyond what is included in your plan may be billed at our standard hourly or pre‑paid rate.
If you cancel your hosting or maintenance plan, you are responsible for migrating your website to a new provider before the end of your current term. Failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to your site and associated data.
ReVita Creations may offer ongoing SEO services such as technical SEO audits, on‑page optimization, content recommendations, local SEO setup, and performance reporting, depending on the package you select. SEO services aim to improve your website’s visibility and search performance over time, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes, as search engine algorithms and competition are outside our control.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of all content published on your website. Any content creation or copywriting services will be governed by your agreement and may be billed separately if not included in your SEO package. Changes you make to the website, hosting, or third‑party tools can affect SEO performance; we are not liable for negative impacts resulting from modifications made without our review or recommendation.
Payment for projects, templates, SEO retainers, hosting, maintenance plans, and pre‑paid hours is due as outlined in your proposal or invoice. ReVita Creations may require a non‑refundable deposit before project work begins, with the remaining balance due prior to launch or final delivery, or on a recurring schedule for ongoing services. Payments are processed via secure third‑party providers such as Stripe and similar payment gateways, which may accept major credit and debit cards. We are not able to charge more than the amount authorized by you, and we do not store full card details on our servers.
Due to the nature of our services and digital deliverables (including strategy, design work, development time, SEO services, hosting, maintenance, and digital files), all sales are final and non‑refundable once work has begun, access has been provisioned, or digital assets have been delivered. If you cancel a project after it has started, any paid amounts are applied to work already completed, and no refunds will be issued. For ongoing hosting, maintenance, and SEO services, fees already paid are non‑refundable, and service will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for providing all website content, including text, images, videos, logos, and any other materials, and for ensuring that you have the legal right to use that content. ReVita Creations does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that your website or its content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards (including but not limited to privacy, accessibility, and copyright). You agree that ReVita Creations will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the website, hosting, SEO, or maintenance services; from changes you or third parties make after launch; or from content you supply or publish. After final approval and launch, any modifications, integrations, or additional functionality implemented by you or other providers are your responsibility.
